Unfinished  Business  -  Promotion Page

The album was released by Z Records in 2002.  The main promotion was through the internet reviews and the Z Records Web Site.  The E.P.  Breakaway was released as a taster to releasing Unfinished Business.  The title track was just an indication of what was to come.

  I remember playing Breakaway so many times on my friends cd player that I thought that I'd be bored with the song when I bought the album .  Fortunately the other songs were so good that I managed to stop playing Breakaway continually.  However I still think it is one of the standout tracks on the album, with an awesome guitar solo from Steve Harris.

The other track was No other way - another excellent track, and once again an alternative version to the one which would appear on Unfinished Business.  The guitar solo again is superb. Maybe it's just me but the intro to No Other Way - to me sounds like a riff from a famous horror movie. I'll expand on this later - but feel free to email me on this one.

The Breakaway EP also featured 3 acoustic versions of previous shy released tracks. They are Emergency, Reflections and my favourite Young Heart. I would like to see Shy do some more tracks acoustically - hows about Misspent Youth ? The whole of it!
